Module 17: Selecting an Organizational Structure

	Overview

	Each consortium has a unique organizational structure that is developed depending on its context and a variety of special considerations. Various stakeholders should be represented in some fashion and a structure selected which allows for their optimum participation. The importance of Tech Prep Coordinator cannot be overemphasized in a consortium as an organizer, change agent, and facilitator, and the support provided by his/her home organization is critical as well.
