Many students in our schools have trouble making connections between what they are learning and how that knowledge will be used. This is because the way they process information and their motivation for learning are shaped by traditional methods of classroom teaching. They desperately need to understand how concepts they are learning relate to the workplace and to the larger society in which they will live. In this module, information about learning processes and styles, and contextual and integrated teaching and learning will be provided.
