Introduction to Tech Prep

self-directed learning program
Module 5: Incorporating Standards
Overview
Curriculum development is the essence of a Tech Prep program and program curriculum should be aligned with both learning and skills standards. These standards work as an objective framework for identifying the skills, knowledge, and abilities that should be taught, as well as in the assessment of students' understanding of concepts, ideas, and materials. This module provides information about federal and state academic standards, general skills standards, and industry-specific standards.
