Sixteen graduate courses are required to complete
the CCEL option, plus dissertation units. Selected courses include:
Each student must complete written qualifying examinations in the
following fields:
- Organizational theory and administrative leadership
- Community college leadership
- Research methods
Students must complete a dissertation that can be linked directly
to their current employment.
